TT focuses on special cultural experience and responsible travel. Many small operators taking groups abroad for, or receiving people in their country or region for a several day / several week trip, also dive into the people - providing exciting encounters with local people and insider experiences.

 

We hope to include many great small operators who

- know both worlds, and have great value to harmonise cultural and language differences, and know what’s hot for travellers from urban worlds.

- provide personal and lively tours, better than rather touristy study trips (that are rather superficial in hurrying through and focussing on highlights and attractions, hotel overnight facilities, and stay rather detached from the local population and culture… like visitors from outer space – this is not what we envisage for TribalTravel).

- can offer attractive rates, lower than many major tour companies who operate on tourist comfort level.
